You have the option of returning your order free of charge* within 30 days of receiving the goods. Please note that, for reasons of hygiene, this only applies to unopened, unused and complete products. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to return/refund make-up samples.

RETURN SHIPMENT FROM GERMANY
Here you have the opportunity - very easily - to register your return. All you need for your return is: your postal code & your order number (e.g. IR123....)which you will find on your order confirmation and in your customer account.

- Follow the steps in the returns process
- That's it already! You will be refunded in the same way as you paid.
Example: If you have paid via PayPal, you will also receive the refund back to your PayPal account.
Cash on delivery and freight collect shipments will not be accepted!

IMPORTANT! We ask for your understanding that, as a small company, we unfortunately have to bear the costs for your return shipment from abroad. not can take over. The return costs for orders outside Germany are always borne by the customer.
