RMS BEAUTY - Legendary Lip Oil

Apply the Lip Oil with the jumbo doefoot applicator and start in the middle of the upper lip, following the contours of the mouth. Then glide across the entire lower lip. Can be applied to the unvarnished lips or applied for more dimension, moisture and shine via your favorite lip color or your favorite lip contour pencil.
