Schritt 1: Körperhaut sanft peelen und dabei besonders auf die Ellenbogen, Knie und Fersen achten (Insider-Tipp: Kaffeesatz ist hier eine tolle Alternative, die keinen Müll verursacht). Schritt 2: Die Selbstbräunungsmilch in sanften, kreisenden Bewegungen gleichmäßig auftragen (wir empfehlen, dafür einen Selbstbräunungshandschuh zu verwenden). Schritt 3: Achte darauf, dass du anschließend deine Hände gründlich wäscht. Schritt 4: Warte einige Minuten, bevor du dich anziehst. Schritt 5: Für eine intensivere Bräunung nach 6 Stunden erneut auftragen.
