INGLOT - Kohl Pencil

To make it easier to apply, use a Q-tip to dry the waterline, then heat the product and apply it carefully. With this product you can create a very subtle, smoky make-up look. Apply it along the waterline and then blur it with a brush, e.g. B. the 49SS. You have to act quickly and determined, because the kohl becomes extremely durable after it has dried out.
