Apply the serum as a line to the upper eyelash approach. Repeat every day (preferably in the evening). Start at the outer corner of the eye and move towards the inner corner of the eye. Wait a minute to two minutes for the serum to dry. Can also be applied to the eyebrows, for a fuller and denser eyebrow look.
