INGLOT - Lipstick Matte

- Before you apply a matt lipstick, make sure that your lips are well prepared. Apply a thin layer of high gloss lip oil or rich care lipstick, wait a few moments, remove the excess with a paper towel and then apply a matt lipstick.
- You like the matt effect, but your lips dry out quickly? Massage your lips twice a week with a silicone lip brush and donate moisture with high gloss lip oil.
