Sweed's Cloud Mascara instantly delivers maximum volume and limitless length. The unique Cloud applicator brush creates a one-of-a-kind volumizing effect and precisely separates each lash from root to tip for a dramatic fanned-out effect. The nourishing vegan formula is enriched with Panthenol (Vitamin B5) and leaves lashes long, full, and weightless without clumping or smudging. The mascara is water-resistant, but not waterproof.
