Wenn du deine Haare gewaschen hast, kannst du die Masken-Kappe auf dein handtuchtrockenes Haar setzen. Wenn du lange Haare hast, steck sie hoch und vergewissere dich, dass sich alle Haare unter der Kappe befinden. Dann massierst du die Maske sanft ein und wartest 15 bis 30 Minuten. Anschließend entfernst du die Kappe und spülst sie mit lauwarmem Wasser ab.
